IT consulting
A clear chart for your technology.
Most businesses don’t need more software. They need to know which of the tools they already pay for are pulling their weight, and what to change first. We map it out and help you make the call.
What’s included
Technology assessment
A full survey of your systems, licences, devices and data: what you have, what it costs and where it’s holding you back.
Roadmap and budget
A prioritized plan for the next one to three years, with costs and the order to tackle things in.
Vendor and software selection
Help comparing options, cutting through sales pitches and choosing tools that fit how you work.
Cloud and Microsoft 365 planning
Moving off aging servers, tidying up tenants and licensing, and setting things up so they scale.
Security and risk review
Where you’re exposed, which fixes matter most and what your insurer or clients will expect.
Project oversight
A technical advocate on your side during big projects, keeping vendors honest and timelines real.
Sound familiar?
- You’re paying for software nobody is sure you still use.
- Every IT decision is made in a hurry, when something has already broken.
- A vendor is pushing an upgrade and you can’t tell if you need it.
- You’re growing, and the setup that worked for ten people is creaking at thirty.
If any of these ring true, it’s worth a conversation.
How it works
Survey
Interviews with your team and a look under the hood of your systems, data and contracts.
Findings
A plain-language report on what’s working, what isn’t and what it’s costing you.
Roadmap
A prioritized plan with budgets and timing that you can act on with us or anyone else.
Guidance
We stay on call to help you run the plan, review proposals and adjust as things change.
Questions
Do we have to use you to carry out the plan?
No. The roadmap is yours. Plenty of clients bring us back to build parts of it, but it’s written so your team or another provider can run with it too.
We’re a small business. Is this overkill?
Consulting scales down well. For a small team it might be a few working sessions and a short written plan, not a months-long engagement.
Can you work with our existing IT provider?
Yes. We often work alongside an in-house person or another provider, filling the strategic gap rather than replacing anyone.
