Business automation

Let the busywork run itself.

Copying data between apps, chasing approvals, rebuilding the same report every Monday: it adds up to hours a week per person. We find those loops and automate them, so your team spends its time on work that needs a person.

What’s included

Process mapping

We sit with the people doing the work and map where time actually goes, step by step.

App integrations

Connecting your CRM, accounting, scheduling and email so data flows between them instead of being retyped.

Approvals and workflows

Requests, sign-offs and handoffs that route themselves, with reminders and a clear record of who did what.

Automated reporting

Dashboards and scheduled reports that build themselves from live data.

Documents and forms

Intake forms, quotes, contracts and invoices generated and filed automatically.

Monitoring and upkeep

Alerts when something fails and ongoing tweaks as your processes change.

Sound familiar?

  • Someone on your team spends part of every day copying data from one system to another.
  • Work stalls because an approval is sitting in someone’s inbox.
  • Your reports are spreadsheets that one person knows how to rebuild.
  • Mistakes creep in at the handoff points between people and apps.

If any of these ring true, it’s worth a conversation.

How it works

  1. Find the loops

We map your processes and rank the repetitive work by how much time and risk it carries.

  2. Design

You see exactly what will be automated, what stays manual and what it will save before we build.

  3. Build in stages

We automate one workflow at a time, test it with your team and keep a human check where it matters.

  4. Keep it running

Monitoring, fixes when an app changes and new automations as you find more to hand off.

Questions

Which tools do you work with?

Whatever you already use where possible: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, common CRMs and accounting platforms, and most apps with an API. We choose the automation platform to fit your stack, not the other way around.

What happens when an automation breaks?

We build in alerts and fallbacks so a failure is noticed and nothing is silently lost, and we fix it as part of ongoing support.

Will this replace people on my team?

That’s not the goal. Automation takes the repetitive part of a job so the people doing it can focus on the part that needs judgment.
